    DELIVERY

    At Happiness Place, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and as enjoyable as possible.

    On acceptance of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the fulfilment and delivery of your order from start to finish.

    The cost of the majority of items shipped is calculated by Australia Post through Shopify.  Larger items are sent with Sendle Couriers or Star Track depending on the best price available.

    For bulky or oversized items/orders including artworks, furniture, homewares, you will be charged additional shipping by Happiness Place and will be invoiced after you've submitted your order. Quotes vary depending on location and cubic meterage. We endeavour to always find the most affordable option for you.

    Alternatively, if you would like to have an estimate on shipping prior to completing your purchase you can contact us via email here.  Please provide the shipping address so that we can provide you with an accurate cost.

    All orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of the order being received and we will contact you if there are any delays in meeting the above time frame.

    Deliveries will only be made during normal business hours 9-5 from Monday to Friday. Happiness Place cannot accept a Post Office Box address for such deliveries. It is important that you ensure we have sufficient information for delivery of your purchases. Please be very clear with your delivery instructions for large and heavy items. If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances. Once your purchases have been delivered, please open and inspect them as soon as possible.

    TRACKING

    All parcels are sent with a tracking number through Australia Post. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office.

    LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@happinessplace.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
